I was chronically overworking, the literal definition of a grindaholic. Before joining the program, I worked 12-14 hours a day. I wore all the hats, the copywriter, designer, strategist. I feel way less overwhelmed now. When I graduated in August, I took a trip back to the east coast for two weeks, and I was able to step away from my business and only had to check in with the team 1x, which was out of paranoia. I started a whole second business selling content idea cards, released a digital product, started doing paid speaking engagements.

I go to sleep at a normal time; I watch tv, I have a morning routine.
