Before I joined Grindaholics, I lacked the understanding and clarity to figure out who I needed to hire, what roles, what tasks, etc.

I also lacked knowledge of the process of hiring. How does Linkedin or Indeed work? How do I onboard, and what does that look like?

So I went into panic mode and I found two VAs through FB groups that were okay. Then I found myself in panic mode again because I didn’t know what to do from there.

In 2021, I made $70K from two launches and was worried all of the pieces of my business would fall off the map if I didn’t get some help soon. I wanted to have support to take on bigger launches and not do it alone.

I still work the same hours in my business, but I operate as the delegator and not the doer. I’m reviewing, training, and managing the work of her team. I’m more precise and confident at streamlining in the long term. I’m getting more done right now than I could do solo. I’m using tools like SOPs and EOD tools to help me trust my team.

I’m going into my first launch with a team, hopeful for good numbers. More things are getting done, wishlist projects are now getting done, and I’m operating in my zone of genius.
